Europa Village – Wine Country Resort Destination
Europa Village is situated among the rolling hills of the breathtaking Southern California Wine Country of Temecula Valley. After construction, the project will consist of 188,000 square feet of multi-use space. This project is fully approved by all government entities. The three themed resorts, representing France, Spain and Italy, will work together to create a one-of-a-kind European Village experience.
FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY
Europa Village Architects have completed the plans for Europa Village and have submitted them to the Government Departments at the County of Riverside for their review and final approval. We expect these approvals by May and plan to start construction immediately.
Europa Village will consist of 70 hotel rooms, two Restaurants, 59 event options, an Italian market and delicatessen, a world class pool and spa, in addition to three wine tasting rooms and multiple retail stores.

欧尚风情度假村项目的建筑师已完成项目的最终设计方案，且已递交给河滨郡郡政府部门做审核和最终批准。预计将在五月获得批准并即刻开始施工工程。
欧尚风情度假村除了拥有三间品酒室和众多零售商铺及精品店以外，还将包括70间豪华酒店客房、两间餐厅、59个聚会及活动场所、一个意大利市场及熟食店，以及一间世界级游泳池和水疗中心
