Southwest Premier Investments, LP (A California Limited Partnership)
The Offering
- The Partnership offers for sale up to $57 million in Units of Limited Partnership Interests (Units) in the Partnership at a price of $500,000 per Unit.
- Each Unit will represent a percentage interest in the Partnership equal to 0.62%, for an aggregate Percentage Interest of all Limited Partners of 70.68%, if the Offering is fully subscribed.
- The General Partner will have a percentage Interest in the Partnership equal to 29.32%, if the Offering is fully subscribed.
Minimum Investment
- The minimum amount of each Investor’s capital contribution is $500,000 each.
Europa Village
- The proceeds of the Offering will be used by the Partnership to provide a Loan to the Owner, Europa Village, LLC, to finance the development, construction and operation of Europa Village, a destination winery resort located in the Southern California Temecula Wine Country.
