We currently have nine (9) lots reserved for individuals and have strong indications that sales to these types of buyers will accelerate once the construction of Europa Estates custom home lots begin.

A number of high-end custom home builders have expressed a desire to build spec homes at Europa Estates. They are offering a custom built home to interested parties who want an estate home built at Europa.
VACATION RENTALS
We have set aside 14 lots for an Estate Resort Village that can be used for vacation rentals. This segment of the vacation rental market has exploded over the recent past and is in high demand, not only in the Temecula Valley Wine Country, but also in all of the Southern California market.
Europa Estates has designed three (3) European-themed homes: one French, one Italian, and one Spanish, to be built on eight (8) of the Europa custom lots. These homes are within walking distance of the adjacent Europa Village Wineries, Resort and Spa. These homes are not only breathtaking in their design, but equally as important, they are designed specifically for the vacation rental market.
In addition to our eight (8) estate homes, we plan on selling six (6) additional lots to third party builders who want to build similar estate homes for vacation rentals.
Returning the EB-5 investors capital is of utmost importance to us. We have developed a plan where there are three ways to accomplish this very important goal. As the first investors receive their I-829 approval our plan is to return their capital from:
- Operating income from Vacation Rentals
- Sale of some or all of the lots
- Proceeds from the refinancing of the 8 Vacation Rentals
